Side Pools Open Friday, April 7!

Just a quick reminder that both side pools will be open at 7am starting Friday, April 7th!

Side pool hours are 7am to 8pm.

The Walnut Country Swim Team will be practicing in the West pool starting Tuesday, April 11th from 3:30pm to 8pm. We anticipate that this will only be for one week, possibly two, based on how quickly the main pool gas line repair is finished.

Architectural Committee Meeting

The CHOA Architectural Committee meets the third Thursday every month at 6:00p. All homeowners are welcome to attend. Currently meetings are held via Zoom - contact the Business Office if you would like the meeting info.

Board of Directors Meeting

May 23, 20247:00 pm - 9:00 pm

The CHOA Board of Directors meets the fourth Thursday every month, unless otherwise noted at the Business Office. Every effort will be made to post a meeting date change on this website as well.

An agenda is posted outside of the Office at least four days prior to the meeting and is often available online from this website. All homeowners are welcome to attend.
