Soccer League Cancelled

April 1, 2017 – The CHOA soccer league will not take place because too few players signed to play. We needed a minimum of 10 players to make the season viable and fell short by just a few. All participants who signed up will be given full refunds. Let’s hope we have enough players next year!

Architectural Committee Meeting

The CHOA Architectural Committee meets the third Thursday every month at 6:00p. All homeowners are welcome to attend. Currently meetings are held via Zoom - contact the Business Office if you would like the meeting info.

Board of Directors Meeting

December 26, 20247:00 pm - 9:00 pm

The CHOA Board of Directors meets the fourth Thursday every month, unless otherwise noted at the Business Office. Every effort will be made to post a meeting date change on this website as well.

An agenda is posted outside of the Office at least four days prior to the meeting and is often available online from this website. All homeowners are welcome to attend.
