Tennis Courts 3 & 4 Closed 9/16 at 5pm

Due to the Movie on the Green event, tennis courts 3 and 4 will be closed on Saturday, 9/16 at 5pm. These are the two lighted courts closest to the main playground and basketball court.

Courts 1 and 2 (nearest the preschool and main pool) will remain open during this time.

Architectural Committee Meeting

The CHOA Architectural Committee meets the third Thursday every month at 6:00p. All homeowners are welcome to attend. Currently meetings are held via Zoom - contact the Business Office if you would like the meeting info.

Board of Directors Meeting

May 23, 20247:00 pm - 9:00 pm

The CHOA Board of Directors meets the fourth Thursday every month, unless otherwise noted at the Business Office. Every effort will be made to post a meeting date change on this website as well.

An agenda is posted outside of the Office at least four days prior to the meeting and is often available online from this website. All homeowners are welcome to attend.
