Three Kiosks Ordered

January 13, 2017 – The CHOA Board has also purchased three large kiosks to further improve how community news reaches our residents. The plexiglass kiosks will be installed (1) in the center of the Greenbelt near the main playground and basketball court, (2) by the East Pool, and (3) by the West Pool.

Architectural Committee Meeting

The CHOA Architectural Committee meets the third Thursday every month at 6:00p. All homeowners are welcome to attend. Currently meetings are held via Zoom - contact the Business Office if you would like the meeting info.

Board of Directors Meeting

October 24, 20247:00 pm - 9:00 pm

The CHOA Board of Directors meets the fourth Thursday every month, unless otherwise noted at the Business Office. Every effort will be made to post a meeting date change on this website as well.

An agenda is posted outside of the Office at least four days prior to the meeting and is often available online from this website. All homeowners are welcome to attend.
