West Pool Closed Due to Power Outage (6/16)

June 16, 2017 – The West Pool is closed for the remainder of the day due to a power outage impacting portions of Walnut Country. The pool is expected to open as scheduled at 7a tomorrow morning.

The Main Pool and East Pool remain open.

Architectural Committee Meeting

The CHOA Architectural Committee meets the third Thursday every month at 6:00p. All homeowners are welcome to attend. Currently meetings are held via Zoom - contact the Business Office if you would like the meeting info.

Board of Directors Meeting

October 24, 20247:00 pm - 9:00 pm

The CHOA Board of Directors meets the fourth Thursday every month, unless otherwise noted at the Business Office. Every effort will be made to post a meeting date change on this website as well.

An agenda is posted outside of the Office at least four days prior to the meeting and is often available online from this website. All homeowners are welcome to attend.
