Crossings Summer Concert, Sunday 7/20 4:30-6:30p

There’s nothing better than a summer afternoon enjoying an outdoor concert with food & ice cream trucks, lawn games and fun stations for the kids. And the best part – you can walk to it right from the greenbelt!

Get your spot on the lawn by the main pool at 4:30p, music starts at 5p.

BYOB, picnic, blankets and chairs and get ready for a high energy performance by Sitting on Saturn, a San Diego-based rock alternative band with a ska/surf vibe. Architectural Committee Meeting

The CHOA Architectural Committee meets the third Thursday every month at 6:00p. All homeowners are welcome to attend. Currently meetings are held via Zoom - contact the Business Office if you would like the meeting info.

Board of Directors Meeting

July 24, 20257:00 pm - 9:00 pm

The CHOA Board of Directors meets the fourth Thursday every month, unless otherwise noted at the Business Office. Every effort will be made to post a meeting date change on this website as well.

An agenda is posted outside of the Office at least four days prior to the meeting and is often available online from this website. All homeowners are welcome to attend.
