2025 Summer Sprinkler Run

Get excited! It’s almost time for our last day of school/first day of summer celebration! We’ll be handing out free popsicles and turning on the sprinklers in the central greenbelt in phases for kids (and adults) to run through and play.

The Walnut Country Swim Team will be selling pizza and refreshments so you can lay out your towels and enjoy a little pizza al fresco while the kids dry off and run out their last bits of energy before heading back home.

*Residents are allowed up to 6 people per household, including guests.

Free popsicles will be handed out while supplies last. One per person please.

Board of Directors Meeting

The CHOA Board of Directors meets the fourth Thursday every month, unless otherwise noted at the Business Office. Every effort will be made to post a meeting date change on this website as well.

An agenda is posted outside of the Office at least four days prior to the meeting and is often available online from this website. All homeowners are welcome to attend.

Architectural Committee Meeting
