At our Clubhouse there are also weekly classes in yoga, bridge, or tai chi; monthly book club meetings; and senior pot luck dinners. Schedule information for these events is found on the Clubhouse Availability calendar.
We also feature annual events including a Spring Festival, Fall BBQ, Haunted House, and Winter Holiday Celebration. As these events and CHOA Board and Committee meetings are near, you’ll find them in the calendar below and in the sidebar on the right of every page on this website.

Architectural Committee Meeting
The CHOA Architectural Committee meets the third Thursday every month at 6:00p. All homeowners are welcome to attend. Currently meetings are held via Zoom - contact the Business Office if you would like the meeting info.
MoreBoard of Directors Meeting
The CHOA Board of Directors meets the fourth Thursday every month, unless otherwise noted at the Business Office. Every effort will be made to post a meeting date change on this website as well.
An agenda is posted outside of the Office at least four days prior to the meeting and is often available online from this website. All homeowners are welcome to attend.
