4th of July Weekend Main Pool Schedule

Hey CHOA – the Swim Team is taking a break for the rest of the week, so the Main Pool will be open to everyone from 7am to 8pm this Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and Monday. Swim Team morning practice will resume on Tuesday, July 5th.

Again – no WCST practice from tomorrow, June 30th, to Tuesday, July 5th. Main Pool will be open to residents all day! Hope you all have a great holiday weekend 🙂 Just remember, no glass containers or alcohol permitted anywhere on site. Be safe and celebrate responsibly!

Another reminder – a lap lane is available to residents who want to get some lap swimming in during WCST practice, until the side pools reopen. We have a lifeguard on duty for those who want to get some laps in!

Architectural Committee Meeting

The CHOA Architectural Committee meets the third Thursday every month at 6:00p. All homeowners are welcome to attend. Currently meetings are held via Zoom - contact the Business Office if you would like the meeting info.

Board of Directors Meeting

May 23, 20247:00 pm - 9:00 pm

The CHOA Board of Directors meets the fourth Thursday every month, unless otherwise noted at the Business Office. Every effort will be made to post a meeting date change on this website as well.

An agenda is posted outside of the Office at least four days prior to the meeting and is often available online from this website. All homeowners are welcome to attend.
