Activities Committee Meeting Rescheduled

April 21, 2017 – Did you enjoy the Spring Festival and have ideas how to improve it? Want to help shape future CHOA events? Then attend the next Activities Committee meeting!

The next Activities Committee meeting takes place on Monday, May 8, at 7p, in the Clubhouse. There will be no Activities Committee meetings in June and July. A regular monthly meeting schedule is to be determined.

All homeowners are welcome to attend to help plan our community’s great events!

Architectural Committee Meeting

The CHOA Architectural Committee meets the third Thursday every month at 6:00p. All homeowners are welcome to attend. Currently meetings are held via Zoom - contact the Business Office if you would like the meeting info.

Board of Directors Meeting

May 23, 20247:00 pm - 9:00 pm

The CHOA Board of Directors meets the fourth Thursday every month, unless otherwise noted at the Business Office. Every effort will be made to post a meeting date change on this website as well.

An agenda is posted outside of the Office at least four days prior to the meeting and is often available online from this website. All homeowners are welcome to attend.
