East Pool Open this Wednesday, 5/26

Hi everyone, quick update for you regarding tomorrow’s pool schedule:

This Wednesday, 5/26, the East Pool will be open from 10am to 6pm.

All other pools will remain closed through Friday. We do expect to have multiple pools open this weekend, from Saturday to Monday (for the holiday), but we have not yet confirmed exactly which pools it will be.

An eSignal will go out later this week confirming the upcoming weekend’s pool schedule (including common area bathroom availability)

The Main Pool gas line is scheduled to be repaired this afternoon and we are hopeful that we can resume heating the water this week. We will keep everyone updated as new information is made available!

As a reminder, residents still need to bring their own furniture when visiting the pools, and the county is still requiring masks to be worn and proper social distancing. Thanks all!

Architectural Committee Meeting

The CHOA Architectural Committee meets the third Thursday every month at 6:00p. All homeowners are welcome to attend. Currently meetings are held via Zoom - contact the Business Office if you would like the meeting info.

Board of Directors Meeting

May 23, 20247:00 pm - 9:00 pm

The CHOA Board of Directors meets the fourth Thursday every month, unless otherwise noted at the Business Office. Every effort will be made to post a meeting date change on this website as well.

An agenda is posted outside of the Office at least four days prior to the meeting and is often available online from this website. All homeowners are welcome to attend.
