Lifeguards and Swim Instructors Needed for the Summer

If you’re interested in becoming one of our CHOA Lifeguards or swim instructors this summer, please download an application from our website, or pick one up at the Clubhouse. Applicants must meet the following requirements:

Must be at least 16 years old
Must be able to swim 300 yards continuously
Must have completed and provide proof of Lifeguard/CPR/AED certification (alist of classes can be found at www.bappoa.org/lifeguard-trainings or www.redcross.org/take-aclass/lifeguarding)
Must obtain a work permit if under 18 years old (work permits can be picked up from your school or downloaded online from www.dir.ca.gov/dlse/dlseformb1-1.pdf

Architectural Committee Meeting

The CHOA Architectural Committee meets the third Thursday every month at 6:00p. All homeowners are welcome to attend. Currently meetings are held via Zoom - contact the Business Office if you would like the meeting info.

Board of Directors Meeting

May 23, 20247:00 pm - 9:00 pm

The CHOA Board of Directors meets the fourth Thursday every month, unless otherwise noted at the Business Office. Every effort will be made to post a meeting date change on this website as well.

An agenda is posted outside of the Office at least four days prior to the meeting and is often available online from this website. All homeowners are welcome to attend.
