PG&E was recently on site performing an inspection of their equipment and discovered an issue with our gas line that runs from the meter to the pool heaters, underneath the pool deck. As a result of this, our main pool heaters are currently not receiving power and we are forced to close the main pool until this issue is repaired. The main pool will be closed starting this Saturday, May 15th and Sunday, May 16th.
The East Pool will be open this Saturday and Sunday from 10am to 6pm instead.
We apologize for any inconvenience that this may cause. A vendor will be on site early next week to help us find the extent of the issue. From there we’ll have a general understanding of the scope of work and how long repairs will take.
We understand that this is not ideal and are working on getting this taken care of as quickly as possible. Depending on what the vendor finds next week, we may adjust the schedule for the west pool repairs to make that pool available for use as well, until the main pool can be re-opened. Whenever there is an update or a change to the pool schedule, we will post it on the HOA website and send out an eSignal to all residents.
The current plan is to have the east pool open as regularly scheduled on Wednesday from 10am to 6pm.

Since the east pool is smaller than the main pool, we would like to ask that all residents follow the county guidelines, which includes wearing masks at all times and maintaining social distancing whenever possible. Please be respectful of the Association’s pool monitors and comply with their requests. The county requires these pool monitors and enforcement of the current health department guidelines.
