Signal Delivery Volunteer Needed (30 min. per month)

April 10, 2017 – If you have 30 minutes of free time to give back to our community, please consider volunteering to deliver copies of the Signal, our monthly newsletter, to homes on Snowberry Court. You don’t have to live on Snowberry to deliver issues.

Once a month, a bundle of issues will be delivered to your home and you simply gallivant your way along Snowberry, delivering hardcopy editions of our fine publication.

Architectural Committee Meeting

The CHOA Architectural Committee meets the third Thursday every month at 6:00p. All homeowners are welcome to attend. Currently meetings are held via Zoom - contact the Business Office if you would like the meeting info.

Board of Directors Meeting

May 23, 20247:00 pm - 9:00 pm

The CHOA Board of Directors meets the fourth Thursday every month, unless otherwise noted at the Business Office. Every effort will be made to post a meeting date change on this website as well.

An agenda is posted outside of the Office at least four days prior to the meeting and is often available online from this website. All homeowners are welcome to attend.
