Signal Delivery Volunteers Needed for Sheepberry and Smoke Tree Courts

October 7, 2016 – The hardcopy Signal is delivered each month to every home in the community by some great volunteers. If you live on Sheepberry Court or Smoke Tree Court, or simply want to do your part, we are looking for a new Signal delivery volunteer. Once a month, Signal issues are dropped off at your house and you simply deliver one copy to each house on Sheepberry Court or Smoke Tree Court. Architectural Committee Meeting

The CHOA Architectural Committee meets the third Thursday every month at 6:00p. All homeowners are welcome to attend. Currently meetings are held via Zoom - contact the Business Office if you would like the meeting info.

Board of Directors Meeting

May 23, 20247:00 pm - 9:00 pm

The CHOA Board of Directors meets the fourth Thursday every month, unless otherwise noted at the Business Office. Every effort will be made to post a meeting date change on this website as well.

An agenda is posted outside of the Office at least four days prior to the meeting and is often available online from this website. All homeowners are welcome to attend.
