Special Board Meeting Scheduled for 3/8 to Discuss West Pool Pump Room Repairs

The Board of Directors has scheduled a special Open Meeting on 3/8 at 6pm to discuss a large rehabilitation/renovation program for the West Pool Pump Room. At this meeting, the Board will review bids for this project and discuss a potential start date and work schedule. The notice and agenda for this meeting have been posted at the Business Office and are also available by clicking here.

The CHOA Architectural Committee meets the third Thursday every month at 6:00p. All homeowners are welcome to attend. Currently meetings are held via Zoom - contact the Business Office if you would like the meeting info.

Board of Directors Meeting

May 23, 20247:00 pm - 9:00 pm

The CHOA Board of Directors meets the fourth Thursday every month, unless otherwise noted at the Business Office. Every effort will be made to post a meeting date change on this website as well.

An agenda is posted outside of the Office at least four days prior to the meeting and is often available online from this website. All homeowners are welcome to attend.
