Main Pool Repair Project

This page will act as the hub for our upcoming Main Pool rehab and repair project, currently scheduled to take place in the fall of 2026. Approximate construction dates are September 14th through February of 2027.

CURRENT STATUS

March 6: Scope of work and construction drawings completed, and bid package sent to prospective contractors. Expected back for review at the end of March. Board meetings in early April to review.
Board meeting on April 10th and 16th to review bids and select a contractor

The CHOA Architectural Committee meets the third Thursday every month at 6:00p. All homeowners are welcome to attend. Currently meetings are held via Zoom - contact the Business Office if you would like the meeting info.
