Our community

Walnut Country has a vibrant community with great events including a spring festival, fall BBQ, haunted house, winter holiday celebration, wine tasting, and New Year’s party. Our Clubhouse is also home to weekly yoga and tai chi classes, monthly book club meetings and senior pot luck dinners, and is also available to rent.

Architectural Committee Meeting

May 16, 20246:00 pm

The CHOA Architectural Committee meets the third Thursday every month at 6:00p. All homeowners are welcome to attend. Currently meetings are held via Zoom - contact the Business Office if you would like the meeting info.

Board of Directors Meeting

May 23, 20247:00 pm - 9:00 pm

The CHOA Board of Directors meets the fourth Thursday every month, unless otherwise noted at the Business Office. Every effort will be made to post a meeting date change on this website as well.

An agenda is posted outside of the Office at least four days prior to the meeting and is often available online from this website. All homeowners are welcome to attend.
